you came to visit

Post by judih »

i was lying on a Friday futon
under the sweet fan of ceiling swirl
and i remembered how you came to visit
on such days as these
how you'd smile your way into my fantasies
jokes and innuendo paving the way
that way of yours
that link of ours
the sweet dissolve of distance
till distance did dissolve us
those years grew wings
as today you came to visit
and how sweet the coming was

thnx for the sweet responses
dor, dissolve is my middle name
l-rod, i'd say the lotion's on me, but i don't do double entendres at this time of morning
constantine - polished! it does sound as if it took work.
it didn't - i was just describing a vision - no work at all on my part!
thanks, anyway

judhi
look at it this way double entendres are good any time of the day considering time-zone

but this statement, 'no work at all on my part' is so close to my heart
I always try to put my greatest effort into making things look effortless
(I hate to let anyone see me work)

You know the best way to achieve this, right? Sure you do.
