I am served a delightful feast
of dream desserts and pieces of a veritable delight.
I pull nightshades tight in order to partake
in solitude, quiet, green-eyed gambit of a reflection,
exquisitely submitted with impure intentions.

I write invections or virtues, remissions
admitted like a bear retreat into cages sweet
with artificial zoo-tending, I send a message of
virgin versions blended with not, each word hot
on the trail of another, each thought
caught in a scurry to retrieve or deny
another.

Speak to me of revelations.
Speak to me like a brother
incestuously wanton,
speak to me of a centered axis
and I will play my nocturnal piece
to your prowl -- howl your simple
cadence to the evading gradation
of eye myths and I will twist
my meter up against yours,
complete with centered twirls,
unearthed on an axis plane,
insane for the wanting
of it.
