question about the banner thread

Hi all

was thinking of separating all the comments on the banner thread and moving them into a separate thread so there are 2 threads.... a library of banners thread.... and a comments about the banners thread

what do you think?

let me know what you think, OK?

I don't want to separate the comments if you all don't think it would be a good idea.
