Let the silky waves
of the wine dark sea
suckle gently on my toes
as feet bury in the sand
and body bakes under
Sun's oven,
Human cookies all
our own shade of tan
with distinct flavor and
decorative spin
lie on sand cookie sheets
under the blazing rays.
Breathe in the sultry air
thick enough to barely
suck through a straw
like malted milkshakes;
taste the salt spray
upon your sunburnt lips
like boardwalk fries in
dixie cups drenched
with vinegar in place
of coconut oil;
feel the heat rising
from tender, pinked skin
without even a touch.
Sand in my shorts,
burn on my nose,
glorious summer days.

hazy crazy lazy
dazed
kids in the park
bikes rule
waiting for delivery
my space
my jam
my my my my my
like our better
our our our our our
the hour is now
thoughts ravage the page
which is cyber freedom
hear it ring?

monday hiding place
cold.....cold blooded
sticky.....a good sticky
hot......it's coming

glorious summer days

late saturday night at 24 hr. valentino's
on harford rd.....a gangsta spot w/a 7 foot tall
security cop with a huge belly club
and a big gun on his hip
awakend by cj's little neighbors
asia and fantasia coming to see "miss carole"
at 9 am......now i can't sleep....back in frederick
