Perhaps there is a story behind it?

There always is isn't there? A story behind things?

At least we can hope so.
There is a story behind my nickname. I can keep it short and sweet...

In telling the story, you will need to know my real name, which is Yvette.

When I was a young lass, my older cousin, Tracy used to tease me until I cried about the fact that I would occationally wet the bed ..He would change my name and call out "PEEEE vette! PEEEEE vette! PEEEvette is a bed wetter...!"

When the internet became the craze, and folks were looking for 'nicknames', I thought the name Peevette would be perfect. It helps me heal the childhood wounds my cousin created, and at a family reunion, when Tracy asked me for my internet email and nickname, and he found out I used Peevette, he and I laughed for a good long time....

I think its a great nickname, don't you?

I cannot promise you consistent conversations in French, Monsieur.

dude...

so if nothing else, you've already got down one of my two favorite words. the other's less polite, but of equal length. those two words combine to form some of the most honest prayers i ever offer...sometimes happy, sometimes not; sometimes grateful, sometimes relieved. plastic little words.... 8)

Whew! Well I'm glad you two are communicating! I don't understand a word of it. What words? heh.. Relating is the important part. If you can relate then it doesn't matter if I get it or not.

Thanks for enjoying my humor, Peevette!

Was it the bong that made you laugh or just 'cause I'm a funny gal?

LOL

I can't speak for Peevette...and I speak no French...but my two words are
1) dude
2) fuck

because anyone willing to listen deserves a more familiar address
and anyone who knows me knows that lesser expletives are my cover-ups for a more honest fuck.

I also like two-word combos:
1) thank-you
2) good-night
3) forgive-me

Ohhhh... the words were said in french, joel? I missed that! I DID see "dude" but I didn't see "fuck." FUCK. Dammit. I miss so much on the internet stupor highway. heh

Your list of 3 two-word combos are just so fine.. god if we all knew someone who understood how important those three are!

Forgive me for being so stupid.
Thank you.
Goodnight!
:)
