doreen- yes i do remember ya from litkicks and no i have never posted here before...i drifted off just as the site was changed...i did check this site out a couple of times but writing for me comes & goes...sometimes i'm crackling & sometimes i'm all wet ...& i try not to inflict my fellow travelers with my all wets...i became interested in painting awhile ago and spent most of last winter up to my armpits in paint & canvas & masonite...still into it fiercely but with the good weather i've been outside much more...so now i'm asking what did you have to get back to and what are ya doing these days???...tell tell...i'll check with ya later on that...got to get gathered together for work...mingo out...doreen peri wrote:Dear the mingo,

Anyway, this is more of a line, because as I understand that term, it's a letter of some sort and all I said at the beginning was that I liked your poem. I did like the lines in your poem. Very true. So in that respect, it was also a line, maybe but not really because a line is like something that someone says that's not true, like guys use lines on me a lot but what can you do? You know they're lines but you smile anyway. But in this case, I really DO like your poem, so it wasn't a line. It was true. And it wasn't a letter like this is which is more of like "dropping a line" as I said before.
Well, it's been nice but I best get back to it. To what?, you may ask. Oh a lot of things, I'd answer if you did. But if you didn't ask, that would be OK, also. Whatever you like. Enjoy our day.
