here's a poem from a book of mine ... no kidding.. i actually published this silly crap... LOL


I got my Poetic License.
Picked it up at the convenience store.
They took my photo and laminated
My right to meter and metaphor.

"Now I can write?," I asked. "You're kidding!"
"Why not?," said the clerk. "Yeah. sure."
"’Cause no matter how hard I tried to do it,
I certainly couldn't before!"

Yes, you would still be writing poetry on the internet if you were going insane. I can safely say I know this from personal experience.
