It'll all pass
For sure
Slept through
The wind and rain
In my silent cave
Watching movies ala francais
Tute bien, se leve
Love French cinema
Japanese too
Seven Samurai playing on
The big screen here today at 2
Very tempting, yeah too tempting to miss.....

Sunday night
Baseball has begun
Masters golf this
weekend coming
Flowers blooming
A chill fills the air
Turned heat back on
But the forecast
looks good for the future

Looks like it will be a while before it gets warm.
I read the weather report ten days out. Is this the norm
for April? I can't remember. All I know is I long for spring,
birds singing me awake, the scents of flowers
on a gentle tepid breeze. Tell me warmth
is in your heart, dear, please?

Rain-soaked chair cushions.
Why did I buy those ugly bright red ones?
Tan would've been better.
I think I wanted to brighten up my life.
I wish I bought a purple one, an orange one,
a green one, and a yellow one.
But all they had was stripes and solid red.

This is not a poem.
I thought I'd be able to write until I was dead.
Fooled myself instead.

It's chilly out there! And dark.
Let's take a walk.

Cool night walk
Seeing stripes
When I shoulda been
Seeing red
Better off dead
Or perhaps bled
Killing myself to
make some bread
Lord I gotta keep
on moving
Thru this concrete
Jungle, jungle, jungle
Let's head for Jamaica 8)

the town is abuzz
the Orioles win on opening day
two outs bottom of the ninth
walked it off, can't write
a better script, two loooong
rain delays, but the fans
hung in there, went home happy
aaah, a new baseball season
is underway, and there is hope
in Baltimore, 'cause we're more
than The Wire

Below zero! wow
down south
was fog and dew in brilliant new green
oaks made love last month
its now full bud ahead
acorns growing
lots of rain
the buried creeks are busting the roads
hydrostatic pressure in the aquifer
water bedding the hill
springs in the lades living room
we told them you can not put a house there
mother nature is a wonderful lady
love her
got to respect her , she waits quietly then
when she is ready ,if you love her she will tell you
look out
if not
you will get smacked
now
our hawk has had a good season
fat and sassy
standing close
it is the wonderful smell of the bird
the perfect amazing patterns in the feathers
( I get the hawk up every morning and put her on the fly way)
I wish you could see this bird
sitting on the glove
so alive
