I got up this morning and a haiku tried to stare me down and won
and it was five in the morning and I was not having no-any fun
—fortunate leaf is no escape from reality, not so much that, as an escape from myself.
Flat on my back— not yet.
All I can manage is:
I wake up, do not much, except eat drink, smoke and excrete, listen to the news, and music, talk to friends on the phone, scribble a bit and then back to my sweet dreams in another world where all of the people are kind all of the time.
