Hmm, just meant like a famous couple messing each other up.
Shrug, doesn't matter, ya know.

We don't have to. Henry and June didn't have to and neither did he and Anais.
Nobody doing nothing these days. And that's o.k., too.

Oh, ok,
as if we were famous couples like
Bonnie and Clyde
Billy the Kid and Paulita Maxwell
or Dunn and Bradstreet

Ignatius and Myrna
Bogey and Bacall
Heidegger and Ahrendt
boy that was a strange one
the Jewess and the Nazi
the banality of evil and romance I suppose

Lea And Pearins
Black and Decker
Gable and Lomabrd
George Burns and Gracie Allen

so many famous couples
I think, "I would rather be thin than famous"

Women worry more about being alone than men, must be true I read it in Readers Digest

So it goes...
it's a good thing I'm not waiting on anybody. Yes, mister, to be a finer independent woman and all my women, just fine.

They say, 'Better off without them."

It's a good thing too that I'm not a caring person.
What a marvel.

Teach your daughter well

Does she dream about being a poly esther bride

Are you a third wave feminist or what?

I am not better off with out women
I am surrounded by them
It would be like being on the beach with out them
famous couples

I don't think much about famous couples too much
mostly i think about unfamous couples like you and you.

In twenty years there won't be any soft, loveable men waiting to greet me. Every bosom pal that goes now is a buffalo lost and gone forever. Steel and concrete hedging me in. The pavement getting harder and harder. The new world eating into me, expropriating me. Soon I won't even need a name.

Once I thought there were marvelous things in store for me. Thought I could build a world in the air, a castle of pure white spit that would raise above the tallest building, between the tangible and intangible, put me in a space like music where everything collapses and perishes but where I would be immune, great, god-like, holiest of holies.
Quote from Henry Miller in Black Spring
Sweet dreams boys. :P
Missed you today, but I had to be away for bit.

AND I want to mark all over the both of you in a permanent marker, across your palm, across your wrist and if I were to get you drunk, Oh! man watch out for some cute little girlie hearts or stars.

Permanent marker, huh? Well, I would paint you all over everywhere. And before the paint dried I would put beads in it and torn up pine cones and acorn tops and pieces of driftwood and tiny stones on your eyelids - but I wouldn't do anything to your toes, they could stay naked. Then I'd place a collar 'round your neck and hook one end of a chain to it and wrap the other end around the leg of my drawing table. Then I could look at your toes whenever i did please.

O I like it.

She belonged to the rolling hills, the wide deserts, the high mountains, she would ruin any apartment, she would lay havoc upon any such little prison as this. It was so, ever in my imagination, ever a part of my scheming and thinking about her. This was her home, her ruin, her scattered dream.

got rain got the dark - sun not up yet and when it does it will be only grey clouds to catch it. If I repeat myself I've earned it. Bet you sleepin', Mamadoll, all warm under the blankets - man can't have enough blankets, ya know. Cold world for mankind - everything costs, run from cradle to grave paying the whole way ...
Feel alive when it's touch & go ... I don't even need to look in the mirror anymore i know so well what I'll see there ... and what i won't.

This one, because he's describing me. I sound like that inside.
But, I'd not let you tie me up. I'm like a storm in the East and everybody would be worried.

The beads are giving me a hard time this morning - I added water to the glue yesterday so that it would not dry so fast. Now the beads do not want to lay in it without fuss & fuss. I also tried silicone adhesive yesterday too and while it's easy to place beads in it it does not harden enough - the beads I placed in it I can still move around this morning. Trouble always makes worry.

Maybe the Indians were right & I should just go back to the pine pitch & bees wax, it's what they have been using for thousands of years.

Got a frontal system passing thru - not a storm exactly but a disturbance of sorts. Rain. People yesterday were telling me we were gonna get some bad bad weather. Yeah, right. Rain.
I could use a good storm 'bout now & what do I get? Rain.

plain jane rain. & these weird kind of blues i hate.
gotta go Doll ... feelin' mean all over ... thx on the Rachmaninoff ...

Finally Katya comes to the door--Katya from HesseKassel--and behind her, thin as a wafer and holding a bisque doll, stands little Pinochinni. And Pinochinni says: "You should go in the drawing room, they aren't dressed yet." And when I asked would they be very long because we're famished she said, "Oh no! They've been dressing for hours. You are to look at the new poem father wrote today--it's on the mantelpiece."

And while Dschilly unwinds her serpentine scarf Pinochinni giggles and giggles, saying oh, dear, what is the matter...

Henry Miller Black Spring
I always love that song,
Oh dear what is the matter and oh, dear, what is the matter...
feel better, you.

much better than i did this morning though i am whipped from work. Went back to the pine pitch & beeswax as a matrix for the beads - easier to work with and quicker. Bird should be done tomorrow then I can put it & the raccoon together as a piece & begin beading the base. If i die with a bead in my hand i suppose there are much worse ways to go. 8)

I wonder if today will be full of the superstition.
Good morning, my mingo. A Friday the thirteenth and exhilarating.
If I could climb inside your head...that's my thinking as of yesterday.
Your imagining might pick me up and away we go.
