Kept Houses
When she kept her house, she'd only allow in very small things, fragile and the light dainty sort. No large nor heavy furniture went in the door, not a bed and we wondered at her sleeps at night. All the sorts of questions of where she might eat and we'd think of her there sprawled out across the kitchen floor with her grapes on fingertips and tenderloins wrapped in silk kerchiefs.
I visited once with a book to lend, she seemed very looking forward to this, but at the door step she declined mine entering with it, instead she asked if I could sit to read for awhiles in the sunlight, then to bring the book in by way of carrying it through in mine head.
I mean, I'm glad to have met her,
but kept houses can be quite mad and them with their girls to keep fed.

That reminds me of the lovey doll in Water for Elephants.
Man, what a class act she was and she barely looked stricken or panicked
except one time or another.
Good morning, mingo.
I was reading Anais' Under a Glass Bell and she wrote about a house in it and then that dotted me back to when Hawthorne wrote about a house, which stays it with me and then I thought I should write about more houses, especially since I've been getting so acquainted with them at nights.
I did write about houses once that Polly visited. Anyway, I was feeling it last night up to my jinkies that I couldn't settle for a sleep until I at least touched on one. The above house was a house like my Mother might keeps and because I'm always trying to build a bridge over to her, then I can keep her, too.
My heart warmed straight up.

A dream from last night was just simply this...
and in it we'll be Bethlehem
a place for birth.

I like to trace words. Ya know, back to what they meant when begun.
Bethlehem was one of those I took an interest in a few years ago - means House of Bread or close in ancient Hebrew. Joseph & Mary had to be on the road for Jesus to be born there - I found that fact to be not insignificant due the showing of Scripture later on in his life how the Jewish leaders knew the words well enough to know that the Messiah would come from Bethlehem but they pointed out that Jesus came from Nazareth...made me realize that it was possible to know Scripture but
not know Him.
And, you got a problem with my goats?

Thanks, mingo. I didn't know and it makes it so much nicer knowing it. Place for birth should be a place with bread, it makes the best sense. And to be where a birth can happen in an area with bread means any journey would be well worth the long road.
I feel happy around you.

What do you think of a...
Portable- Solar Generator System -
Do you think there's any certain kind better than another?
I know I'd want it solar powered instead of the other generators.

I've wondered about these myself and I've been out and about on the 'net now & again to check them out since I know no one who actually has one. What I find first is vendors using fear to get ya worked up about parting with your money over these for the most part. What I ain't found is tech specs on these - e.g. can you actually power your whole house, for how long etc. Quality? So I can't offer much if you're trying to make a decision. It's an interesting idea, if it would be practical towards working at all. From what I can tell those that look worth having, of course, are pricey. Which ones have you looked at so far?
