ah, the truck is frozen
snow at home in
the crotch of the trees

a man can never have enough pockets. One of these days I will be facing Genghis Khan & I will be completely toothless when I do it.
The stepladder under my hemlock tree was blown over by the wind. It lays on its side. Then it snowed and tried to cover it but part of it can still be seen.
I like the part that is buried. I like the part that can still be seen.
It is January 22nd & around here all the turtles are sleeping. The whole landscape is inhabited by turtles dug into the mud beneath the ice of every pond & river and all of them having winter-long turtle dreams.
She belonged to the rolling hills, the wide deserts, the high mountains, she would ruin any apartment, she would lay havoc upon any such little prison as this. It was so , ever in my imagination, ever a part of my scheming and thinking about her. This was her home, her ruin, her scattered dream. Ask the Dust - John Fante
I just love sleeping in, but I'm up, I did dream and I still gotta make some coffee.
I'm going to bake a cake today. Good morning, mingo.

One of the dreams was us visiting a house. Yes! you and I, or I and Jack, or I was with catfish. Anyway, we were looking at toys in the house and trying to find toys we remembered from childhood. You kept telling me, "No, none of these toys, I'm older than that." I went further down to peek in the basement, it looked really scary in there to me, dust, cobwebs and a lot of gray. Under some dust I found this old syringe, it was labeled with an old world word, some type of medicine not used any longer. It was goopy looking and orange, like a syrup.
Accidentally I got a little bit in my mouth and I was a bit concerned. I brought it up the stairs to show you. By then you turned into a female, an attractive one, too. Curves and red lips. You started laughing at the memory of the drug and said I found your old childhood, then you took the syringe in hand and drank the rest of it. I said, "Are you sure now is such a good time to be getting dosed up? We should be all put together in order to get this house put back together in it's rights, before the owner finds we've been messing around."
ppp
Had a dream about horses, too.
I was looking for shoes around a hotel and entered the rooms I had occupied the night before, but they were newly occupied by other persons. I didn't want to disturb their vacationing, but I wanted to locate my shoes. All I could ever find were other people's shoes and not mine own. I ended up outside showing children the horses, they were wild and free ones and that was the vacation spot, a hotel located in their roaming grounds. I said, "Children like to look at wild horses."

The looking for toys came first and then I woke on it about the normal too early A.M. hour, as if I'd go to work today. The the shoes dream was the last I woke on around 9ish.

You don't have to unless you'd like to.
I just like to give them over to you.
I'm making a vanilla cake with a coconut whip-cream topping.
It's been over a year since I had cake, I am thrilled. I had to get my kitchen sparkling first, just finished.
Now I'm gonna go whip it up. I'll save you some.

ok what do we have here? What's the action? You say "we" were "visiting" - I'm gonna use "you" wherever you have used "we" in your description since you were not sure the identity of "we". Your dream-self comes clothed any way it chooses, sometimes this is important but not here. What are you doing? You are visiting - you are not "in the market" for this place, don't want to buy or rent.
But have come "visiting" - we visit to share - your dream has something to "share" with you. I have learned over the course of time with you that if your dreamself is going to act with purpose of revelation then she always chooses a house as setting - always. You are looking for "toys". Toys from childhood.
Clear the tracks, Sugar, this baby is taken, locked, and loaded!
Your dream tells you, "No, none of these toys, I'm older than that." See what has happened here?
Your dream has spoken directly to you - in revelation no less. In a simple unmistakable clear manner she has given you something of herself - she has told you she is older than the toys, than the house, than you. How do i know? It's because the toys you are looking for are toys from my childhood or Jack's childhood - in either case those childhoods occurred and had finished their course years before you were born. Do you see? She has opened your mind. ( btw - I've always hunched your dreamself was female, it can happen either way, a man can have a female dreamself running drag, don't ya know, and vice versa for a woman who has a male dreamself and there is no call for loading much onto this. It's just neat to discover it. Plus this very dream of yours reveals this to you as it goes on.) Can you say awareness?
Whew, what a trail! - so, at the moment of that revelation she also gives you a direction to go.
Down. To the basement, the cellar, the bottom-most tier of your dream structure. It's scary but you go and down there you first only find "dust, cobwebs, and a lot of gray" but what happens next? You go down even farther, into the dust itself and from under that accumulation of dust (untold centuries worth) you find, not just anything, & certainly not a toy - a syringe. This is so beautiful i cannot even talk about it. Labeled no less, with an "old world word" - notice the repeated motif of age? Not only that but a specific word, medicine. It's a really really BIG SHOW going on here. a medicine "some type...not used any longer" HA! I'll second that! But, what does your dream show? It shows this "medicine" (a healing is in view) is still with us. It has just been let fall to the ground is all. Mankind has always shown itself unaware of what treasures exist in reach of anyone's hand.
Now what? - Out of all the grey and cobwebbed down there only what you hold in your hand has any texture or color. Lets look at that...you say it is "goopy looking" ( thick, rich, substantial )
"and orange" ( BRIGHT ) especially there against all that undifferentiated grey. You have touched it and you hold it and it is alive. It is real.
and away we go > the whole dream has led up to what happens now - "Accidentally" ok, Mz. Accidentally, we won't go into the accidentally ... You get concerned (yeah, that's you, concerned)you get some in your mouth - an oral organ to say the least - here you demonstrate that you've gotten it and now what do most of us do when we have "gotten it"? We want to share the wonder - you head back up from the depths to find a female in my place - (what did I tell you?) with curves and red lips (healthy she is, ain't she?) Hell yeah, Mongolia! What does she show you now? What to do with "it", of course. She drank it right up. Put the lime in the coconut...
and she laughs...not at the memory of the drug, no, but with you worrying about now is not the time and we got to get this house back together before the owner finds out what we've been up to.
And who might that "owner" be, do you think?
Are you laughing yet?
PS - & take it from a humble tracker - your dreamself - she's a real babe.
and Thank You.
