I watched a movie, I thought of you and how you'd do that stuff, too.

It was all the subtitles - had my eyes crossed because I was beat with a horse and a desert in my head to top it all off ... my dog don't read subtitles and he don't speak French but he's probably still in love with you. I wait 'til he's sleeping and I ask him, I say hey u dog! Are you still in love? Sometimes he opens his eyes when I ask him that and sometimes he don't and I don't know what either means.

His favorite Doors song is "My Wild Love" and his favorite verse from that song is:

she screams like a bird

when she wants to be heard "

My Granma Cereal used to look at her dog & say " Even the dog is nuts "

She was right.

Can't figure out why I'm having trouble getting on somethings, like my email, but can get on other things.

I really just love foreign films, I would have watched it even without the subtitles cause I'm not sure what it is about body language and bodies in language with one another.

yeah I know - that's why I watch them too - the verbal stuff can be a distraction from what's really going on and you are more aware of it ... even with singing - it's fun to watch

I was 28 years old when I first saw that movie, I think it was in 1968, the sixties the decade I might have been dead in, frozen years. I try to remember how I felt about it at the time. I think about my life at the time where I was living what I was thinking, I recall it as a sad movie ending. My memory of those years when I wanted to be alone so bad. I saw it in an 'art' theatre on 25 th st in Baltimore, I remember they showed a news real from the war in Vietnam, it was a north korean film film showing the shooting down of an American plane and the capture of its pilot. I was shocked when the audience applauded when the plane got shot down. I was so square about politics then I am younger than that now.

The dame and I, she said things I never could.
Sometimes I was so unsure of her or I was really worried that she'd go to battle or to love and I didn't know how I could handle it if she did.
But, I miss her.

When the dame went out in short skirts
and red lipstick, and I never will.

When she had a mouth of a trucker.
I say it politely, refined.

Her dirty knees, like 1993.
It was more than I could do with her and she didn't care that I couldn't,
she just laughed back at me and puckered.

Then he gave me Jack
and the dame kissed him, too.

I always thought he just wanted to see me blush.
He made Jack think of sex nine out of ten times and I had to dilute all of what the dame could do with that. Dame would have come home with knots in my hair and my dress torn, every seam could have snagged by way of his zipper.

She'd say, "I want that man."
And I'd say, "But, we have to be careful."
