I went to a kindergarten Christmas concert of a child I care about and let that sweetness fill what is dark into lights. The child knows not the very bad yet and so he said hello to everyone, gave out hugs and laughed and smiled.
I don't like when I focus on bad things, for there's such much bad things to be found
but rather I want to focus on good things,
since there's not that much to be around, what is
should be like a bright globe
staying in sights, making sights.

I watched it's a wonderful life again, while I was looking for it I found this. Which might even be a better movie

I have a big book by Kafka, but I haven't to open it yet.
I wonder what he's like on all those pages.
I read metamorphosis years ago with cat.
At first I thought..."what?" and then I got it.

I liked that movie a lot but I have never been able to read the book. I think I will try again. Maybe after seeing that movie I will read it in a new light cause I did not get it. I dreaded it. Which reveals something about me I think.
A morning for revelations.
It is mainly Jewish readers who think of Kafka as a Jewish writer. This isn’t a matter of possessiveness, the way one claims a sports hero for an ethnic group — after all, if one wanted to claim a writer to carry the Jews into world literature, would it be asking too much to pick someone, well, happier? — but rather a matter of Kafka’s work itself. Jewish readers cannot help but hear the echoes of the Dreyfus Affair in “In the Penal Colony,” or those of the blood libel in “The Trial”; such readers see in Kafka’s famous cockroach a horrifying caricature of the way others have so often seen them — and worse, the way they sometimes see themselves. Nor is this awareness mere suspicion. Though none of his published works mention it explicitly, Kafka’s private letters and diaries reveal an interest in Jewish identity verging on obsession.

Watching some love stories and fighting with my friend. I didn't expect to fight, but we do from time to time. Maybe he's trying to make me think. Maybe he is imprinting on my mind
I didn't know why the sister had so much trouble.
Loved seeing Neal Cassidy make a showing.

torn tornado.

There's a big black hole
pressed up in front of a white wall
out back
with scraggly black hair
macked up around the tops
and at the bottoms of her
is just a small black foot
and it looks lonely there
when the mess of her goes on
turning circles
like that.

She was bathe~ing
when it transformed her curl
that day and every day in the matter
the pond water mucks black.
People say,
"I can't believe anything to live in there
nor be near enough to visit it."
Steadily, her fingers do the work
of popping all the tar bubbles,
the after thought
and she didn't know they came.
