I seem to be focused on these distractions more than anything else these days.....
Every person who loves our Constitution should be focused "on these distractions more than anything else these days...."
People, good, honest, peace-loving people have got to cast their ballets for the right reasons and
not accept the liars and deceivers.

I love the optimism. (Where has that been?)
Thanks Doreen. And Cec and Truck and everyone else. As complex as "Politics" wants to be, it seems to get in the way of understanding things, even itself! A self-devouring snake at its worst, kinda where we're at. But you're right, that's no excuse to just give up. We could still save this thing and bring back poetry.

The Lie That Never Dies
The truth is revealed again and again, but the lie wouldn't die.

I should use more emoticons, it is an old joke. Dates back to the sixties, the democrats were looking for a candidate, one that covered all the demographics.
I believe that crime pays, the bad guys win and some lies never die.
Sure the truth eventually is known, but by the time it is known nobody cares anymore, we have all moved on.
