Yes, it's the rain.
My Grandfather is passing away,
got the call for last chance to say goodbye.
Working it out now with my sister
so we can do the drive down tonight.

I wanted to see my Grandmother before
and I didn't have the chance.

I'm hoping I get there in time to tell him I love him again.

I hope you do too.

He died an hour before I could get there,
but I am at peace with it, not the guilt like I had with her
cause I did try my hardest to be there.

He did know I loved him, I'm glad he knew.

Sometimes death has a funny way of making people talk.
Talked to my Dad yesterday, he said I'm perfect and I said that's good cause God thought he better put me in this family for some reason.

She's Star,
a nude vision
with butterflies in her pocket sleeves,
caterpillars in her laces.

Nudity during the whirl winds
with the drift of her scarf
drowning in the last puddle
she lights this lift through.

With two-thousand
on her head,
with two, this is blush
at a soft of blue.

As today's a Friday,
Star will go touching her cuff
saying only how Monday it is,

that bluff is for
the beginning a thing as this.

My mind is on death a lot right now, thinking about the very loved ones I've lost and how I just want to spend my time filling my life up with added loved ones. I don't want to miss out on personalities that'll be important parts of my life, especially since I can't control the loss of the losing ones I've loved.

Wanna keep love in my life, there's work to be done and fears to rid myself of.

and that's the matter I like taking up.
