i want to upload it to a website
that will allow me to clip out my portion
and to post it like this one

i did one on violence of white police on blacks last week

you got a recording program like 'Audacity'?
(free download - easy to use, and download the application to convert audacity files to .wav or MP3. )
record yourself. listen to it and when you're okay with the sound, convert the files to .wav or MP3 and then upload to drop.io

i spoke again about this and about the koran
and believe me, it was different
because i could hear her giving me encouragements
in my ear as i spoke yet i do not hear this now
mercy me i heard her voice so clear
yet the sound on air was less confident again
now i am closing in again where i was for awhile
going back inside again still sic-in-transit
quaked the quakers last sunday like jack tiles
i come away feeling drained and toxic
it lasted from november last to june now/
8 months is enough to know the same formulae
whilst inspiring don't exactly work for me

i got a lot more spiritual friends at work
anyhow gathering energy understanding it
unfolded into a story with poets and teachers
and lovingkind hearts became the heroes
