Is the size of the new banner a larger in size? Maybe the orchard makes it look larger.

Aloe,yes - on the main road into the kibbutz. There are 3 main patches of aloe - this one's my favourite - you'll know it when you see it. If not this year, don't hesitate to come searching next!

Other patches other colours? These are very beautiful. There's a plant that people plant in Ruidoso that's commonly is called 'red hot pokers' (genus unknown) but they are not aloe... it's the flower so similar to your pic.
