Actually I forgot who said it. I just liked it.

It was probably Norbert Weiner, in The Human Use of Human Beings the only book I have read on cybernetics. He is known as the father of cybernetics. He coined the word. I have heard that he is hip again. Metatext and all that stuff.

the only google refference I can find is to "special ops"
but it reminds me of weiner's feed back in cammand and control. I think it might have been a take off on his work

but I can't prove that
