A lonely cuban cow
wanders in an out of the tv set:
her eyes, the ideas of love and civilization
freeze and melt
in martian palm seas.

Do I imagine music?

In a sport spin,
the olive man
invoques suns, camels, lions, kids
and this time fails
and this time reads.

Una solitaria vaca cubana
deambula entrando y saliendo del televisor:
sus ojos, las ideas acerca del amor y la civilización
se congelan y se derriten
en palmeras y mares martianos.

Imagino música?

En una especie de revuelo deportivo
el hombre oliva
invoca soles, camellos, leones, chicos
y esta vez se equivoca
y esta vez lee.
