Roaming the shadow-world, the poet meets her creature
self lost in her creation
but the sun sees no shadows in a fiery eye
never rising beyond itself

Harmony is struck like a match in a howling wind
bending with dark shadows.
There is music in the air. I call myself Beloved
because you are here.
