i just ate the crust of pie Zelda left behind -
when she has a piece of pie she never eats the crust
she always leaves it behind
i always eat it
it's always good
i always think of Zelda when i eat it
and it sets me up for when
i will cut & eat my own piece of pie
i have never questioned these things
they just happen as everything else happens
i walk into a room and it's there on table
or the stand next to the couch
i pick it up and put it in my mouth & begin chewing
i never think about it
i never wait -
