to the floor
don't touch it
leave it there
for as many days
as it takes
to make
you cry

good metaphor for life...so easy to picture the message
as reality would have it....



as an aside I take all the fallen leaves
and place them back in the pot to fertilize
which can also have a very visual impact
as one considers the cycles of life
