this tale of a siberian hunter befriending a russian army survey party is just too magnificent to explain ...if you have not seen it get it and just watch the layers unfold.....Dersu's song still touches my wired soul.......mark

ah, the memories

it was the hot flick amongst a few esoteric friends just before i split toronto for the hot sand dune desert.

haven't seen it since 1978. Wow!
