your tripped-out itineraries, your tips of a hat to loved ones
who embrace at the terminal –
Bring your wings to fly the sky, your bon voyages,
your gravel road, your muddy pleasure cruises!
You, who have word journeys!
You, whose language is telling!
You, who have photos on the back of eyelids.

Where have you been? Where are you going?

settle down. Bring your points of departure!
Focus us on your view from a locomotive platform!
