I purchased 2 books over the weekend...Dr. Zhivago by Boris Pasternak...I loved the movie and so far the book is great...I guess you could call it a one hit wonder as it was his only novel...
The second entry is one I have never seen before called Wind Blown World The Journals Of Jack Kerouac 1947 - 1954....Also quite good with revelations on every page....

Damn Dr. Zhivago is great...much more than the movie...far less romance and far more desolation of WW1 and revolutionary Russia...Pasternak was primarily a poet...this was his only novel...
